Returns and Refund Policy

Faulty or damaged Items should be reported to info@tillyhallflowers.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item. We will then send you a return label.

Once the item is returned we will issue a full refund or send a replacement out.

Any items to be returned due to unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer.
